Alesia’s Splice Project Gets its First Remixes

Earlier this week, OWSLA’s Alesia offered Splice users an exclusive Ableton session to learn from, edit and remix. The genreless French duo arranged some of their signature i-beam slapping, industrial sounds using mostly Ableton devices. Give it a listen here.

Over 80 people in our small closed beta have spliced the project and several have already thrown back remixes to the community.

Rebase turned up the nuclear shelter vibes with a mushrooming climax that closes with an added “Warning” vocal sample. Splice it here.
